An in depth antenatal course that will help you give birth in a more calm, comfortable and informed way. Covering all aspects of Hypnobirthing, more details can be found in the 'Hypnobirthing Information' tab.

This 1-2-1 complete course is 6 hours long, a personalised course taught over two or three sessions either with Zoom or in the comfort of your own home.

Includes relaxation MP3s, loads of online resources to download, a 12 hour prerecorded online course, my support until baby is born, access to a what's app and Facebook group for more support and an amazing goody bag for mum full of treats and offers.

NEW - Also includes an hour catch up closer to your due date incase anything changes throughout your pregnancy or to use as a refresher.

& Birth Preperation Group Course
​An in depth antenatal course that will help you give birth with confidence and calmness. Filling you with knowledge for all eventualities. Covering all aspects of Hypnobirthing, more details in the 'Hypnobirthing' tab.

An 8 hour live course taught over four x two hour sessions either on zoom or an in a gorgeous barn venue in the Harpenden area. Breaks and time for practice and questions along the way.

A great opportunity to meet other expecting parents and build your village of support and learn even more through conversation, other people's experiences and in a fun and safe space.

Perfect for a refresher course for second or third time parents or those over 34 weeks pregnant with less time to prepare.
​
A bespoke two hour private session which takes place over Zoom or in the comfort of your own home at a time and date that suits you. The workbook and all materials will be sent to you digitally. Also includes a free 12 hour digital hypnobirthing course to work through at your own pace.
