Taught from The Mindful Birth Group Syllabus you will learn:

  • The principles around the fact that a woman or birthing person's body and muscles are designed to give birth, without the need for pain or discomfort.

  • Three specific breathing techniques, along with visualisation and deepening techniques, as well as optimal positions for labour and birth.

  • Recognising and releasing fears you have surrounding birth, as fear results in stress and muscle tension, causing pain.

  • How to reach a deep state of relaxation in any birthing scenario.

  • Your birth partner will receive an extensive guide to the birth companion’s role during labour and birth.

  • A very gentle and highly effective massage technique which will stimulate the production of the body’s natural pain relieving hormones.

  • How to write your birth preferences, communicating with your caregiver confidently and make informed decisions.

Why Hypnobirthing?

Benefits of Hypnobirthing for you and your baby:

Length of labour is often much shorter with Hypnobirthing births.
